Purchased a breakfast burrito there this morning and had them add guacamole and crema. They added crema but no guacamole.Food: 3/5

Horrible experience, I ordered food from them on Uber eats and I’m allergic to sour cream. Uber eats doesn’t give me the option to put no sour cream so I called their location to see if they can help with that. The guy was very rude and disrespectful. Snappy and just overall I had a shitty experience with them. He didn’t even give the Uber eats driver my food and shut the window.

I usually really like Roberto's but unfortunately, this one fell short. First, they messed up my order. I think it was due to a language barrier but that's still frustrating to have to sit and watch everyone else eat while your food is being re-made. Then, the replacement had a huge chunk of bone or cartilage in the fish which just led to me giving up and throwing it away. We won't be back

They need to fire whoever cook this camarones a la diabla. Raw sauce frozen shrimp. Sauce with all the seeds and pieces of pepper. Disappointed.Food: 1/5

Good quick pick, I usually get the same items, but sometimes you get a perfect burrito and fries and other times you get the burrito in sections where one spot is all onion and cilantro, and when you find those spots, I just dig it out until I can find the meat again. Carne Asad fries still great choice, but the last 2 times I went it no longer had guacamole or avaco so I'm assuming that was taken out now, but still a solid choice for something quick. The drive through sucks at this location almost every time I get up the the speaker and nothing, usually wait about 5ish minutes before I start asking for help usually it's with the younger guys, all the other times they come up like a regular drive-thru.

I have been coming to this location for 5+ years. The taco salad was a good portion then but over the years the price has increased while the quality and portion have shrunk. I will not be coming back anytime soon. I spend $10 for this salad and its not worth that price.

Was not impressed at all. I ordered the beef Taco compo The beef so extremely dry no flavor. The beans were good as was the rice. I definitely won't be back.

We are always pleased with our food here. We aways order take out, never ate inside. Very few time have gotten our order not right. Food is always made to order and fresh. We eat here alot. We also order pretty much the same food evertime, which is the shredded beef hardshell tacos with the green chilli salsa or in Spanish called salsa verde . They are tasty. We have ordered other foods and we have always been pleased with it. Service is always friendly.
