They showed up earlier than their given ETA, driver was nice and quick. Great service, will use again if needed. Edit: Editing this review because Google won't let me put a second review in. Had to get towed again not at the fault of Roberts, and they arrived super quickly. They were very considerate towards my situation and I really appreciate their effort. I will definitely be using Roberts again for any towing needs I have.

I’m terrible with names but I want to say it was Tom- a older gentleman with a vibrant presence of true professionalism. He helped me fully understand the nature of my concern and calmly explained a reasonable solution that made total sense. He’s ability to be attentive while I was getting initial information was something I would of never expected from a location that tows and services vehicles but he was something else! I truly appreciate he’s ability to communicate with me in such a way I truly felt that he understood my concerns and my position. I’ve never experienced that level of empathy in the auto industry that was truly genuine. He reconfirmed me of the process on what to expect so everything was clear. I don’t live in the area and unfortunately put in a very tough situation. But my interaction with him and his representation of Rob Service & Towing exceed my expectations not only for individuals & employees in the auto industry but humanity as a whole. If there was a way I could of tipped him - I would of tipped him 100% of my invoice. That good!! The world needs more individual/employees like him and the owners are blessed to have him. 10x10

Just wanted everybody to know about their towing charges. It was 3:00 AM and the police told the tow company to come get the vehicle. Driver had been detained by police. Tow company drove 5.2 miles to retrieve vehicle. Driver went to pick up vehicle 8 1/2 hours later. Whopping $265.00 for tow and $30.00 for storage. Just saying.ServicesCar towing

I can not say enough good things about this service center and the staff that work there. My wife took two of our horses down to an equine clinic in New Bolton, PA about 6 towing hours away from our home in Pittsburgh. As soon as she got there late on Sunday, the truck broke, she then got food poisoning and had to be hospitalized twice on Monday, and in the mix of all that she had to have one of the horses put down. She needed the truck back for Tuesday to drive the remaining horse back home. Brian and the rest of the crew at Robert's where totally sympathetic and awesome. First they drove my wife to her hotel on Sunday night as the truck was out of commission and she was miles from the hotel without another ride. Second they made sure to have the repair on the truck finished by Monday evening so that my wife would have it for Tuesday morning to drive back home. And third, they went above and beyond and hand-delivered the truck to my wife's hotel and left the keys at the front desk so that my wife could recuperate in her room. All of this service, matched with a good price. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I called because I got stuck in a marshy ditch. the gentleman Who answered was very kind and professional. He arrived super quickly and assured me everything would be okay. He got me out of the ditch in no time! I am blown away by this company’s customer service. I am forever grateful. Please use this company if you are in the area they are the best!

Called for a tow when I blew my transfer case in the winter. Truck was towed and transfer case was ordered and installed in a very timely manner. Very professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend if you need a tow.
