I needed the shaft height shortened on a new pair of boots. Robledo's did a superb job, the alteration is not even noticeable. I was very pleased--there will never be boots to tall for me to buy since I found an excellent cobbler. The shop is across town but the workmanship is well worth it. Robledo's is the best!
