This Hotel is definitely better than to sleep on the street like homeless people. Super old and depressing even for the money you are paying compare to some others hotels in this area. The area is great but this particular street can be very noisy,: 1 7:20am truck is coming to collect garbage 2 across the street from Hotel is popular building for free food, and school for kids or something else - feels like open 24/7. 3 stuff in this place is fine and helpful if needed. 4 elevator very tiny and weird - can fit 2 people and 2 small pieces of luggage 5 cleaning people doesn't speak English but do there job normal. 6 shower is small - and very uncomfortable. 7 spiral stairs if needed. 8 Friday night's and Saturdays can be very interesting if you want to sleep, because street doesn't sleep late or even till the morning you can hear voices or screams. 8 construction next door and they start early. 9 never again!

This hotel has so much charm. It was in a great location. It was in walking distance from the Louvre, many cafes and its located minutes away from all the luxury stores. Hotel staff was extremely helpful especially Eric ... and they speak English so this made my stay much easier. The rooms are small, but it worked for me since I just showered and slept there. I could hear traffic outside and the walls, at times, seemed to be thin because I could hear a person coughing in the next room from me. The hotel is dated, but for what you pay makes it fair. My phone in my room didn't work and neither did my TV, however this didn't bother me since I did not go to Paris to watch TV nor talk on the phone. I do recommend staying her especially because the location is great!

This is a well located Paris hotel at an affordable price when compared to others nearby . Le Louvre museum is just around the corner and if you walk a few blocks down you’ll have a view to the Eiffel Tower ! The rooms are always cleaned and employees are professional and friendly .

Great customer service from everyone. If you are looking for a great location at a budget price this is it and you don't plan to spend time in the hotel this is for you. Walking distance to Louvre, the Notre Dame, and many other museums and attractions. If you like to spend time in the hotel and enjoy the amenities, please skip it, The actual hotel is a 2 at the most. Other than best location i cannot recommend this place.

For the price - it doesn't get much better. The location is incredibly central, rooms were small but fine and despite my 190 cm+ height, I did manage to somehow fit in the shower. Friendly and helpful staff. This is a definite go-to hotel if you want the best possible location on a budget.Rooms: 4/5

My second time staying at Hotel Saint Roch and I am so happy that they were still at this location central to many sights, food, transportation, and general needs. I enjoyed the wonderful staff and great service. Very affordable secure and super darling rooms of a perfect petite size. Everything I needed. I will return.Rooms: 5/5

A lovely, budget for the area hotel. The rooms are not large or luxurious but they are spotlessly clean, air conditioned well, the superior triple is anyway and well sound proofed. Beds were on the firm side, this suits many people however and there are extra pillows in the cupboard if needed. The concierge staff were absolutely lovely, all spoke English and extremely indulgent of our terrible French. They were also extremely knowledgeable so great at dispensing advise for where to go if you need some help. Even the cleaning staff and staff in the kitchen had a good to at understanding English if needed. The breakfast is simple but lovely with just a simple decision of coffee, tea or hot chocolate to make then a tray of food brought out to you a few minutes later with a croissant, half baguette, corn flakes and various jams etc. There's also usually a small cake you can take with you on your travels for the day too.

I chose this hotel because it had good access to nearby attractions, only 10 minute walk to the Louvre museum and only 10 min drive from the gare du nord station. There were a lot of underground stations nearby which made it very easy to get around to places like the Eiffel Tower and Notre dame. Bedroom was a little small and you could barely turn around in the shower. Wifi was a bit rubbish at some points and the air conditioning was loud. Lift was very small and you can only fit 2 people in it. Not much storage space in the room for clothes and other items. But the staff were very friendly and spoke english. Room and hotel was clean, bed was comfy, it was a perfect hotel to stay for our 4 night trip. Would highly reccomend for people wanting nothing luxurious but a cheap hotel close to the attractions. Would stay here again. Location made up for the few cons the hotel had.

We stayed at the Hotel Roch for 5 nights. They have nice staff who speak English well and were accommodating of our wish for a high floor and hot water for tea each morning. Simple rooms were clean and cozy. It's small but to be expected in the center of Paris. I would highly recommend! The location is absolutely fantastic and could not get any better. Steps away from the Tuileries, the Louvre, the Opera, and more!!
