Extremely overpriced, furniture is cheap and infested with spiders. You start with three stools for your kitchen counter and I don't know anyone who still had three by the end of the year because they were too cheap to be sat on. Parking is completely inadequate, you will end up parking on the streets most nights or 15 minutes' walk away across let's-get-mugged-land to the football stadium. Ceilings are like 10 feet tall for no reason. Toilets back up and service requests go unanswered for months. My friend found a black widow spider in her kitchen. Only reason these places have any tenants is due to the 2 year on-campus rule. Gave one star because I didn't die while living there and the other for proximity to the school.
