Huge! Clean, AMAZING staff. My 10 Y.O. Had so much fun! Thank you Nini and Mar for making our day! Highly recommended. P.S. - You can find Groupon deals to come here…Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Trifling and Unprofessional There was a line with 3 moms and kids. The front check in station was unmanned for several minutes. Finally the floor person on the platform came down and waved us all in. No wristband. No welcome. No nothing. Then, when my granddaughter went to refill her $10 Icee cup that we got last time, she was told that refills are not free. There’s a $3 refill charge. When I tried to pay, he said “you can’t pay here - you have to pay upfront”. I turned and looked and told him there was no one “upfront”. I swear - he said - “I know. I’m working there too. Immo walk up there with you. “. Are they TRYING to mistreat paying customers? If so, mission accomplished. No wonder the place is half empty on an early release school day. They already know what I just learned. This location does not care about customers. At. All.
Took my daughter and niece for a little jumping, they had a blast. We went on a Saturday evening before Neon Jump. so we had about an hr jump time. The Line was long because there was only 1 computer to do the waiver form. So I did it on my phone while in line and went to pay. The staff is young but fairly friendly, I brought cash but they don't allow split payments which was ok. Kids had a blast overall. I bought botttle water at the concession, FYI they only take card in that area. Staff definitely keeps it clean I noticed. They came in the bathroom to sweep and staff was wiping down tables in food area constantly. But there needs to be more staff in the various jump areas because some kids were very rough and were jumping/falling on my girls so they moved to another area. Overall it was a good price for kids.
Nice, clean, large facility with reasonable prices for unlimited jump. The staff was friendly, concession food was decent as to be expected, but prices are a bit high. Also, expect to wait for your food. Our group ordered a little of everything hotdogs, cheese burger, nachos with cheese, wings, tenders and funnel cake fries. The funnel cake fries were not good taste like they were cooked in the grease with the other fried items. Everything else just decent for a quick snack. I will return the kids burned off plenty of energy and enjoyed themselves.
I really didn’t like the atmosphere upon waking in. The music was very demonic where I kindly requested if it could be changed and the nice attendees obliged which I truly appreciate. They did mention that it wasn’t something they could control due to the playlist already being set in stone I guess by the owners. The bathrooms were not very pleasant. A lot of young workers that didn’t seem to have a mature person leading. At the end of the day I don’t blame any of the young workers because they are not being trained well or led properly, I blame management. Please do better by your staff.
The only reason Rockin Jump doesn't have a perfect 5 stars is because their staff is not attentive they're young and spend a lot of time talking to each other instead of looking out for kids' safety. Today I asked a young man to tell the kids "no throwing balls at faces/ no hitting in the face". I had already told mine and other kids multiple times. Also, they play radio edits of adult themed music which is incredibly inappropriate. It's a play center for kids after all. Aside from that, it's spacious, clean, I've never seen it over-crowded, but my 2 kids always have others to play with. And today was the first visit where I saw staff members play dodge ball with the kids, that was a beautiful sight. It's fairly clean, decent concessions stand I haven't tried their food, they also have 3 Vending machines. They have water fountains and about 4 party rooms. It's a whole Lotta fun, and right now on their website they have a 60 day pass for $30, it gets one kid in for an hour every single day for 60 days. Two full price visits cost the same as the 60-day pass, so the deal is well worth it. Groupon also has a deal!
I have been coming here for years when it was rockin jumping. They close at 8. I tried to order a slice of pizza at 701pm. They told me no they stopped making food. Lazy and unprofessional. Then people behind me came and ordered food. She had all the chairs on the tables already. This should not be allowed. We pay to come here. I am not sure where management is but this employee will ruin your business. Just fyi review I got pizza elsewhere but I should have been able to order it one hour before close. Just sad.
The manager on duty has a nasty disposition she was rude in the middle of my purchase she walked off and assisted another customer without courtesy! But my babies had fun safe equipment and youth staff on point great pricing!!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entryFree
I’m not sure why they have an arcade here. Half the games are broken. Some look like they work but then take your credits without working so you have to find an employee to get your money back.
Rockin jump is now Sky Zone which is operated by the same company but for some reason the team members at this location will not allow me to utilize the membership that I am actively paying for. I’ve called several times to no avail. Be careful spending your money with this business.Visited onWeekdayReservation recommendedNo
