We purchased 2 new vehicles from Vinnie Alagna at Canobie Lake Honda in the past 3 months. Vinnie was great to work with, very knowledgeable of the vehicles he sells. He was always responsive to our inquiries and kept us informed of the status of the vehicles we were waiting for, dates of manufacture, transport and projected  delivery. He offered very fair deals without all the back and forth dealings you get at most dealerships. I would highly recommend Canobie Lake Honda and specifically Vinnie Alagna!

For a first time car buyer, it was not the limited availability of cars that frustrated me the most, but finding a dealer who is prompt in answering questions, reliable in providing correct information, attentive to my needs and concerns, and patient enough throughout the entire process. Very nice experience to buy a new car!!! Zach helps me a lot when I made the decision, and he give the feedback very quick. All the salesman here are very friendly and patient.  Very nice services worth everyone to go here.

Juliana went above and beyond helping my brother get the car that he wanted to upgrade to. She was very invested in what he was looking for in a car, the style, accessories, and price range. She was very respectful and made sure to stay in his price range. Overall, she was very honest and made sure he got everything he wanted in the new car and MORE.  Tony over at the Car repair desk was great. By far the best car service I have ever experienced. He was attentive to my concerns with the car. Before doing any work on the car he went over the issues and all that he assessed before confirming what needed to be done. He was very aware of my timeframe and made sure my car got serviced well before hand.  I highly recommend going to Tony directly.

My low tire pressure light went off while driving near the dealership so I pulled in without an appointment. They were so accommodating and courteous, assessed the pressure determining I had a nail in one of my tires. They were able to patch it for me and I was spared being on the side of the road with a flat in the dark! I was so appreciative! Cost to repair the tire was very reasonable!

We had the great pleasure of working with Ronnie and Ryan. They picked us up from the airport and helped us get all of our paperwork in order so quickly. They were super nice and accommodating working with us. My wife and toddler were accommodated as well. They had a kids room for them to wait in at the dealership. Also offered fresh coffee. Just all in all a great experience!

I had a great experience at Canobie Lake Honda! Juliana provided amazing service from the second I walked into the door I tilt he second I drove off the lot in my new car! Juliana was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and had a very good attitude. I loved my experience with Juliana and Canobie Lake Honda as a whole and I am loving my new car!  I highly recommend  Juliana if you are interested in buying a car!

Sebastian was so wonderful. Very helpful and informative. He made the process so easy and fast. I love my new vehicle! I would recommend everyone ask for him when they visit! One of the best sales person I’ve ever worked with.

I just recently purchased a car from here . I worked with a salesperson Vinny who was absolutely wonderful! He made the process very easy and seamless. He listened to all my needs to make sure they were met and didn’t make me feel pressured. I would highly recommend him if you are in need of a new car !.
