I had over extended myself and reached out to Rockwell Legal Group in August of 2018. I signed up for their credit relief program. I had approximately $34,000 of debt. Of which I am leaving their program still holding $6k of debt that I will have to resolve myself after making payments to them only having to ask 1 time to defer the payment in over 50 months of working with them. So I spent $28,000 over that time to reserve debt - looks to me like I paid them to negotiate a break even. How is that helpful? Rhetorical. They committed fraud via their online member portal with my account removing payments I had made and can show receipts for and when I asked for $600 back from them for dropping the ball regarding staying in communication with their Customer Me who they claim matters they told me No. I’ve paid them over $11000.00 in fees and payments. I have canceled and would tell anyone seeking Credit Protection or Debt Help services that they choose ANY other company than Rockwell Legal Group. They plan for you to forget or not be hyper-Proactive about the resolutions while claiming they’ll keep in communication with you for anything that your account may need. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau

We got ourselves into trouble because we relied on credit cards and other forms of debt to make ends meet. Unfortunately, everything had now caught up to us and we were in need of aid. Fortunately, Rockwell was there to show us the way and devise a plan that would also save us from going bankrupt. It has been wonderful to have them on our side during the entire process, and we are extremely pleased with the final result.

I will never use this group again and will encourage other to not either. I have fulfilled my agreement with them but yet my account still is not settled. Trying to get information from them is next to impossible, they never give you the information you need or ask for. Worst company I have ever dealt with, never again. DO NOT USE THEM!

I like being able to contact a staff that is both knowledgeable and approachable regarding my financial obligations. If you want to maintain your business running well, you need to keep the talented employees you have.

Don't do business with this company AT ALL. They called my phone looking someone who hasn't had the number in 23 years. I called the number to let them know they had the wrong number and when I asked to who I was speaking with the man on the phone said "call back when you can properly introduce yourself" and hung up. I then called back and spoke with a nice lady who removed my number. Clearly they are using antiquated systems if they cant see that someone hasn't had a number in 23 years and way behind the times in tech clearly.

When I call my Rockwell account executive, I always get excellent service. The inquiries I have are usually answered thoroughly and quickly, making me feel at ease while I go through this program toward debt independence.

I was struggling to keep up with my minimum credit card payments since I owed a lot of money. A payment plan was made up for me by Rockwell when I contacted them. This has truly been a lifesaver for me.

I value highly the professionalism, politeness, helpfulness, and consideration of my coworkers. This has been the consistent outcome throughout my interactions with Rockwell Legal's team members.

At this point I’m fully convinced this is a scam. I’ve been making payments for over three years, my scheduled payments were set to till the end of May. I found it very odd, in all three years no one from Rockwell ever contacted me and I received no paperwork after what I thought should have been my final payment. One scheduled draft was missed after my final payment was made so I thought everything was closed out and paid but then I received a notice of upcoming draft and called Rockwell. At that point, I was made aware I still owe three more payment due to payments I moved during my time in the program, which I understood But then things got really scary. The agent proceeded to tell me, I still owe $6,896 another 16 months of payments because they underestimated the settlement amount in my original contract. I asked him for documentation of every penny I’ve sent to company and exactly where that money went. He told me he was unable to provide that info. Placed me on hold, and eventually hung up. This is a nightmare. Do not trust these people.

The Rockwell team has been very helpful in explaining the process and how they can assist me in resolving my debt. The program will always get my fees, and I will take their recommendations seriously.
