Best ice cream place in Louisville. Staff were completely friendly and their ice cream where delicious!!!

Annoying and immature staff. We just wanted to view the ice cream flavors before ordering and they kept rushing us. There was no one there. It was LITERALLY just us, so there was no reason to rush. The ice cream was fine, but will not come back here again because of staff.

Really disappointed. Walked in on a Saturday night at 9:45 PM and was told that they are not taking any more customers. There were about 5 people in line and the sign said that they did not close until 10 PM.

Worst ice cream place I’ve ever been to. Two teenage girls being snobby while my kids try to order ice cream is not my idea of being influenced to spend more money at this establishment. You need new employees who actually want to work instead of roll their eyes when we want to order a 4th cup of ice cream.

You can’t go wrong with Cold Stone! The service is great and the staff is very nice. Don’t hesitate to stop by if you happen to be in the area.

It was the best ice cream not that i ever had but i would go there before ANYWHERE else because of customer service the guy was amassing

Peanut Butter Perfection is amazing.....this is my monthly treat. Hand mixed chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and Reese's Cups......wow if you like chocolate and peanut butter you will love this......did I tell you about the peanut butter.....

Great service and cold delicious ice cream! This is a high traffic area with people coming and going in the strip mall here, Cold Stone is a must !!!
