5 stars to this company!! I ordered dry clay because I remix all my recycled clay in my obsolete pug mill. They delivered to my home studio in the Springs. I could not be home at the time of delivery so I left my studio unlocked and a note on the door to please stack under my slab roller. When I got home my clay was all neatly placed under the slab roller and studio door was locked as I requested. Plus the clay was bagged in 30lb bags making it easier for me to handle. They listen. Thank you for good service. It means a lot.

I love this company! I live in Colorado Springs and have been ordering clay and chemicals from them for a couple years and wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else. The customer service is excellent, the delivery drivers are awesome and I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Chad and everyone at Rocky Mountain Clay! We’ve had some complicated kiln/electrical issues and Ryan’s breadth of knowledge and attention to detail has helped tremendously. He came in for a kiln rebuild, was very diligent, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. Beyond professional and just such a nice and humble guy. They had a kiln available, I ordered it, and within days, the kiln was delivered beautifully! I'm very excited to get started, and I highly recommend using them for your clay-making needs! They were direct, took photos of the kiln packaged, made sure I knew it was being delivered, and called me to make sure I knew it was going to arrive. We drove up from Colorado Springs to the Denver location to pick up kiln furniture and some clay Monday, pre Thanksgiving. Somehow our kiln plugs didn't make it into our package. However less than 5 days later we have received our kiln plugs VIA mail today. Hey, mistakes happen but what great customer service to correct a small bump. Thanks RMC !

I just purchased my first kiln. I bought the Olympic 2318HE. When my kiln arrived it had minor exterior damage. The integrity of the kiln may not have been affected, but Chad was very helpful and pleasant about ordering a new one. When the replacement kiln arrived, Ryan delivered it to my home, and was very helpful and informative about how to set it up, as I plan to do that on my own. I am very pleased and excited to get going. Everyone, from Lynn who first took my call, to Chad, and then Ryan have all been professional, pleasant, and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased! Just had a wonderful experience with Rocky Mountain Clay. I had ordered 50 pounds of clay through Amazon and when the post office lost the package they quickly got my order back out via UPS. Magically the other package arrived and I wanted to to make it right and called up to pay for the 2nd order. I spoke to Lynn the owner and she told me I keep the other package free of charge. What wonderful customer service. I will gladly be back to shop here in the future!

I love this store I've always been treated well here even when I don't know what I want lol. Chad is great he always offers to help carry out my stuff along with anyone else who works there . I think people who just like to leave negative reviews are a product of there privilege. I hate going to continental clay because they were very rude to me when I had issues fixing my wheel and the vice president of the company told me that if I bought my wheel from them they would've moved faster on repairs .So I broke up with them and started coming here because the clay is fresher the people who work here are more tolerant and genuinely love ceramics too which is something I appreciate .So before posting a negative review remember that there is always going to be someone to defend this company because they are the only homegrown clay company in colorado so buzz off .

Absolutely love this company and their team. They are professional, energetic, and timely. Their clay is top quality and fires nicely. I will continue to use Rocky Mountain Clay for all of my clay needs.
