The office is one of the only in Aurora and they do their best to accommodate everyone. They will write doctor's notes for missed work for an appointment. They are often late so expect to wait 10 - 20 minutes in the seating area. Vicki can be eccentric but really is there to help. She won't waste time if you're ingenuine.

Vicki Grossman has helped me with my mental health IMMENSLY and all the negative reviews is more of a reflection of their poor mental status than her skills as a psychiatrist. Highly recommend her!

Don't bother trying to get an appointment. They have nobody to answer a call. They aren't even taking new patients and make you call 4 times before I found this out on their poorly build webpage. Would give negative stars if I could.

Do not see Vicki Grossman. She needs some serious therapy herself. She is crazy and runs around her office yelling at patients and accusing them of things that are not true. She is unprofessional, crazy and dangerous.
