I talked to Mike Tony, one of the owners, and he was incredibly helpful even though I called at closing Christmas weekend! We decided to go with another brand and without any question from him and even refunding on a Sunday Christmas weekend, the refund was received within just an hour! Amazing! Thank you Mike!
We bought the badger and love it. My husband and I put it together and it was very easy to do. Our delivery guy made sure everything was good before he left. So nice to use on these cold winter days.
I purchased the Colorado and delivery was fast and assembly was done by myself in about 45 min. Customer service is probably the best I have received on any product I have ever purchased ever. Thanks again RMS!
I can't even begin to state how much I love this sauna, the service was excellent, the product is excellent and for the first time in years I sleep like a baby. My son purchased one too. He wants to feel as good as I do!
