There are two links, one Olympic size and one NHL size. The top row of seats for the fans have heaters above them, but they're ice rinks, so they're still pretty cold. They have a snack bar with a good selection of reasonably priced food and drinks.

Nice rink to watch a game.  Both ice surfaces have great sight lines.  The rink is not cold and has a nice concession.

Nice rink, plenty of parking.  Lots to do between games on the strip.  Not sure about food- have snack shack but didn't eat.
