The store itself is all good but the problem is the service department. Poor customer service, rude, never smiled once and seems like he hates his job. Services are also overpriced with long wait times since they have so many clubs to work on. Take your clubs to Allan Ano at the Pali Pro Shop for services, he's a PGA life member, very knowledgeable and very very reasonable prices.

Love the team, the parking and the whole layout. I can't leave the store without buying something cause Donavan is super chill and awesome. Great customer service and a lot of choices for used clubs. I attempted to buy a second hand TaylorMade Spider GT second hand putter. An employee had told me and my family it was $129.99 as it was custom and had a paint chip. I took it to the counter to purchase and the workers at the counter changed the price tag to $239.99 and denied the original price. I did not buy the putter and left the store disappointed with the attempt to fleece the price and make me look like a fool. I would like to hear from the manager and receive the original price.

I was sold a cracked driver head. I tried to get in touch with there service department about a refund but have no heard back at all. I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Unacceptable.

Great selection of golf equipment. This is one of the only golf chain stores on the islands and they have almost anything that you might need. Prices are slightly higher than on the mainland or online but the service, custom fitting and advice make the trip there worth it. Any accessories you might need they probably have.

Great selection of apparel but limited supply of left handed golf clubs. I was told by an employee left handed clubs are special order.

Bought a pair of shoes here. Their prices are reasonable and they have good sales.

I've been to the current Roger Dunn location a few times as I picked up golf again this year after some time off... what a great place to help me get back into it. Chris Chang helped me out and got me up to speed on the last several years of golf tech! He had the perfect balance of details and practical info. Chris set me up with some accessories, a bag/shoes, and a putter for my 4 year old daughter her first club! I know I'll be back for more equipment in the future. I asked my daughter what she thought of the putter after a couple months "in the bag"... she said she loves it because 1 it's pink, 2 it's fun, and 3 it swings really well when she hits real golf balls! RD in Honolulu has all the gear imaginable, but isn't intimidating at all especially with a great sales team!

Love this place since I felt cared for even though I am a novice golfer. My hubby has played for years so nice that we can both what we are looking for.... Being able to practice on the green was a big help!!! But loved the help Chris C. gave us.... He helped maximize our budget and it definitely definitely will shop here again next time we are in town.

Went to Roger Dunn and had an awesome experience! Chris Chang was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we tried different clubs out. We felt very comfortable with him and purchased a whole set of clubs! We will definitely be back and will look for Chris to help us!
