Roger's Safe and Lock

Brought in a lock cylinder with a key code that I verified from the dealer and they said they could make me a key from the key code. They ended up doing an impression key instead and internally snapped my cylinder pins by applying too much force to the impression key. They then called me and told me I would have to order a new cylinder. What was supposed to be $16 at this shop turned into $154 from the dealer for a new ignition switch. Thanks. Edit: I bumped the rating to 3 stars because this company contacted me and offered to pay for a new ignition switch. I would have made it a 4 star rating if the company would have initially offered to take care of the ignition switch that they had broken. The way I see it is that the 5 star rating was lost when the part was broken but the quality of the customer service would decide the rest. All in all, I am satisfied with the way this business handled this situation in the end.

so let me preface with when i’ve called them they’ve been nothing but nice, however i got quoted for two days when i dropped my car off. never heard anything from them, had to call on friday just to be told it would be another day or so. here i am on monday a whole week later. like if the work took a week i would be totally okay with it, but it’s the fact that they haven’t communicated with me at all unless i called. last time i needed a key fob replaced i spent half the price and got in two hours. i will never come back here again or recommend this place to anyone l.

After getting the runaround from a couple other locksmiths in the area, I finally contacted Roger's Safe and Lock. I needed to get a couple of transponder keys programmed and cut for my Jeep Wrangler. I wish I had contacted them first. Very quick and easy. Great customer service and very affordable prices.

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable employees. I needed to replace the deadbolt for a commercial glass door. All I had were pictures of the lock and described what was going on and they quickly got me what I needed. The lock cylinder was the exact fit and the verbal instructions they gave me to complete the job were on point. The price for the lock cylinder with 5 keys was way less than what I was quoted from other companies who refused to do business unless I paid for them to come on site and do the repairs. Doesn’t get any better than Roger’s Safe and lock. Thanks again.

These guys were so quick to get my new home rekeyed! At the last minute I decided to install 2 new deadbolts, and Wes just took care of it. No problems, very quick work. He was very professional and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He was so great with all my last minute changes! Will definitely be using these guys again!!
