This is a great place to end up on any given day of the week. The food here is at the top of the bar food spectrum. Even if you don't plan on grabbing a beer, it's worth dropping in for a bite. If you are sticking around for a few drinks, the draft list is pretty great the bottle and can selection is not too shabby either. Truly a hidden gem to be so close to Market St. Nice laid-back crowd. Large dining area off from the main bar. Limited outdoor seating of 5 tables but be careful, we've been forgotten out here. Unfortunately, don't bother putting money in the jukebox. The bar staff will just override what you PAYED for with their own music. Definitely worth dropping by and checking this one out. Although, if you enjoy the jukebox, you'll just be throwing your money away.
i went here after work to meet-up with some friends, grab a few drinks and was not disappointed. low-key, dim, almost cheers-esque vibe which i totally dig. decent selection of beers on tap and full bar. good pub food selection -- pub food that actually tastes good and isn't overly greasy or anything like that. all the staff were very cool and exceedingly ready to serve. I barely needed to ask for anything! they were right there, re-filling drinks, taking my food order, checking-in. it was great! felt very comfortable hanging-out here and i will certainly be back soon!
Very nice, quaint place. Staff very friendly and food was delicious.
Very nice and cozy neighborhood watering hole in Center City where locals frequent. Bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. The craft beer selection is vast. The atmosphere is great and intimate. Highly recommended if you want to have a good drink and meet locals in a touristy destination Philadelphia Center City.
Service was a little slow but they only had one bar tender and it was lunch rush. Small but nice selection of beers. The cocktails are really good they fresh squeeze all the citrus juice. I would recommend this place.
Fun bar with good people and friendly management. Came here with a group of 10-12 people and the woman in charge was accommodating and patient and helped us move tables to fit our group. Bartenders were also really helpful and friendly. Plus they have tater tots!
This restaurant and bar appears to be something really special. From the moment I walked into the door I was grated by friendly staff and noticed how friendly the other customers were. The drink prices are fare and reasonable for the city and so is the food which was quite tasty. They also had some decent vegan options on the menu for those who might be interested in it.
This place has good vibes, good food and good service. I've been there twice so far and everything was consistent, Adam was my bartender one night and Sean was the other time. Both are awesome, crowd was entertained, music was good and the sports was on. Can it get any better than that in center city.... Best spot in the city in my opinion....
Interesting beer selection, decent service, not constantly asking "how can I help you" feels normal. Good how toast salmon variant albeit $12 for single toast. Good for city, nice crowd. Would come for few beers and a sit down with friends.
High end dive bar thing going on here. Some really nice draft beer options.
