Roll Sushi

Since the renovation, the atmosphere is that of a fast food restaurant. The menu change elimated the only reasons for going here. In my opinion, they ruined this restaurant.

Why is it brighter than a Burger King in here? Why are the most expensive rolls pushed out like I purchased it at Rouses? We are privileged enough on the Northshore to have places like Megumi which is the good news. Subpar, don’t let the overall score fool you, friends and family will leave 5 star reviews for places they haven’t set foot in. Also, serving ceviche? Identity crisis. Stay in your lane and get sushi correct before slapping Peruvian food on the menu.

The wait staff did not know what was is the food and the beverage bar was down. We ended up ordering tea that tasted weird. The waitress offered us clear soup and brings put a nasty brown liquid. It was horrible, we sent it back. Then we ordered our meal. I had to send my food back after an almost 20 minute wait because it was not prepared how I asked. I asked for no onion and received a plate full of them. The food was overpriced for the quality of what we received. As we were preparing to leave another family walked in. They had small children with them that would not eat anything on the menu so the family brought kids meals with them. The manager walked up to them and was very rude in telling them they couldn't bring anything in from outside there's a way to talk to people to get a point across without being rude. I understand that they are a place of business and are trying to make money but being rude isn't the way to do it.
