My parents live here. The rent is doable but the management needs to up their game. The manager is almost never in her office and is never able to be reached. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because my family let me stay for a few weeks to get back on my feet.
Hidden fees and refusal to return security deposits! I would give this place a no star rating if I could. We signed a long term rental agreement spanning 3 months, after stayed here for a month there were then extra fees tacked on to what we originally agreed upon bringing rent well over $1000 monthly. With this we relocated to another park breaking the rental agreement of three months early. We were told we would receive our security deposit back once our space was filled or when three months had passed.we asked this specifically since we knew we were leaving before the three months we were assured we'd receive our deposit back. We left our space spotless and three months later we are being told they will be keeping our deposit bcs we weren't there the full three months. We have stayed at multiple rv parks nation wide long term and this is the first experience we've had of this kind absolutely horrible do not recommend!
Nice, clean park. Very friendly neighbors with the exception of a few people I would stay away from. Nice pool. Great laundry room with blue tooth compatibility with an app on your phone. Lots of trees for nice shade throughout the day. Nice grassy area for a dog walk and for them to do their business. Nice grassy areas around every site. Wifi never worked, which made it difficult to do work stuff unless I bought Xfiniy, which I did not want to do. Shower houses were locked and appeared to never be used. Had to get keys from management if needed to be used. Overall, those were the only issues. I would recommend this park for a long term stay.
We stayed at this community for our winter trip, we lived 4 months here. The place is quiet, located in a good neighborhood. Everything close, Walmart, Fred myers, gas stations, etc. Nancy the community manager is the sweetest person ever. She would help you with everything you need. If you planing to come to Oregon this is a well care community to park your RV and enjoy portland and outdoors. 100% recommended.
My husband and I have been here for 4+ years, and really love it! Park manager, Brandi, and maintenance, Bobby, are so awesome! They do a great job, and are very friendly. We also enjoy the community of our caring neighbors, who watch over each other. The park is quiet and very clean. Great access to shopping etc.
I have lived here almost a year now, back when brandy and Bobby was here this place was easily 6/5 stars. Brandy and Bobby were on top of everything, got back to you in a timely manner, kept the place clean etc.. there is new management- Nancy. While she is very nice I think she lacks the training needed to be a manager. She does not get back to you at all IF she gets back to you it’s literally weeks later.. she doesn’t tell you how much your rent is it fluctuates here until a couple days before it’s due which makes it frustrating and extremely difficult to plan finances. People are now leaving huge trash items ie beds and TVs by the dumpster, the washer machines all but legit one has been out for a month now. There is no urgency in anything she does. As I said she is very nice, but I don’t think she has the skills necessary to manage. Edit to add reply to owner: today is the 27th and I just found out how much my rent was today. Not on the 25th like you claim, I called on the 23rd Friday Nancy assured me she’d call me back and she did not. Sat and Sunday office was closed Monday I heard nothing I would hope she’d reach out to me like she assured me she would on Friday but she did not so I had to personally go in. And like I said today is the 27th less than a week before rent is due, gives us very little time to plan financials. Brandy would give us well over a week notice which was appreciated.. I’m also not personally attacking Nancy, I think she is very nice I just think she lacks management skill. That’s all, other than that I love living here.
I live here. It's quiet. Well maintained. The managers are awesome and dont favor anyone over anyone else. They are fair and expect the rules to be followed. A very clean pool and restrooms. Things get done here a bit faster now since they hired this new Matenance guy. Great worker and friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this place but the train noise and the water treatment plant smell next door. But if something needs done ask and it gets done.
Very poor service! I applied for space and was denied for false reasons. Employment never verified, rent never verified! Not sure what the problem is there. I am very happy now that they denied me.
The staff are rude almost no real maintenance except yard and not much of that. There over priced, if your a resident you can't use the bathrooms only people who stay for a day or two can use them, there have been like 2 to 3 shootings here and multiple thefts from people's bikes to peoples propane tanks. People being harassed by other tenants and staff. I don't care who looks at this I'm not going to lie to make anyone happy. I feel like I did something good by warning everyone
We are here for 3 months. So far, so good. Let's get something going in the clubhouse. Morning coffee club? Potluck and poker night?
