Was so rude. Simply said, "no, I'm gonna turn that down." Kept shooing me out the door as soon as I walked in.

Ronnie was great. After calling around town looking for a capacitor for my ceiling fan, I was finally directed to Romaine's. He was able to get me what I needed and the service was phenomenal. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does.

The gentleman repaired my lamp while I waited. It is now in perfect condition. Very happy with the results.

Terrible customer service. The owner never asked if he could help me or if I had any questions. He asked me to leave after sitting on the cedar bench swing for sale out front for less than five minutes..suggesting to me he either hates business or sells products of such low quality he doesn't want them tried before bought.
