They did not show up within the two hour window offered. And when they finally called to offer to reschedule for the following day, they could not commit to any particular time. I got no apology but they did suggest I take my business elsewhere when I complained about there business style.

Danny from Roman's was polite, knowledgable and informative when fixing out sewer line when it became clogged with roots. He went up on the roof the only drainage entrance that would work in freezing temps before Christmas.
