Customer service is awful. I walked in and the lady behind the counter did not speak or say welcome. The only thing she said to me was did I read the door she didn't ask me if I needed help with anything or nothing. They even let me walk out without spending any money. I had cash money in my pocket to spend. They missed out!

The store was nice, very clean and organized. Lisa was great she was very helpful, great customer service.

I walked in looking for something in particular and Crystal Bell was very helpful and professional!! I end up buying more than what I came in for and had a very satisfying night!

Nice looking store on the inside. It's clear and will light in DVD & products area's. The viewing area great is well set up.

Lisa was WONDERFUL!!!! She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed!!!
