Rome city auditorium is a cool venue. It is an historic building with tons of character. It is also home to some of the city administrative offices. There are shows and concerts here regularly. The statue of the capitoline wolf out front of the building is a historic monument as is the Towers memorial right beside it.

I attended a ballet recital presented by Rome Civic Ballet. It was performed beautifully.
