Absolutely the type of local business we should support! Romp & Stomp went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had with a pair of shoes purchased there. I was expecting to get advice on how to contact the manufacturer, but she replaced our shoes without hesitation. My daughter was ecstatic and I became a customer for life.
When we visited recently this store to buy shoes for my daughter it was closed.The most confusing part was that no business hours or a any note were posted on the door.Waste of time. It looks nice well stocked from outside though. We had to drive somewhere else since this is the only kid's shoe store in the neighbourhood.
