The Ronald McDonald house has saved us so many times. We have been able to stay close to our children during long stays in the hospital and return visits for several Dr. appointments. This has truly been a blessing. If there ever was a worth while cause Ronald McDonald is the 1. My family has expereinced the true kindness. 👍🙏

This place is amazing, free stay with food and everything you have as home including amenities for children. I will donate a 20 every time I go to McDonald's now because of how wonderful the staff was and how friendly and easy it was too set up with my premature child's birth.

I stopped by to drop off a couple of donations. As I pulled up one family got to go home. A staff member assisted the family in getting things back into their vehicle. Then when that staff member was on her way back in she stopped and asked if I needed assistance and offered to carry anything I might need help with. Her offer of help was simple and matter of fact. In NO WAY did this staff member insult or make me feel incapable of helping myself. She did her job perfectly and made me feel like any other able bodied person. You see, I am physically challenged & some people assume that one cannot do for themselves when they have a physical challenge. Her offer could have come across as a slap in the face or insulting, insinuating that I couldn't do it myself, it did NOT. The staff member was professional, friendly, helpful and compassionate. Once inside the staff that I met had wonderful personalities & a smile for everyone. As I filled out the donation forms another family was checking in. The professionalism, compassion and friendliness of the staff members at the Ronald McDonald House in Pensacola truly impressed me.

The staff go above and beyond to help in any way that they can. I have stayed 5 times in 3 months and it is the same every time with every staff member. One of the best charities that I have ever seen. I highly recommend staying here.
