We hired attorney Patrick Roney when selling a house FSBO. The process went absolutely excellent. Couldn't be more pleased. Pro support for help with offers, all legal paperwork, getting questions answered, and having a second voice for communicating with the buyers. Highly recommend.

Evan Knupp is the man!! Do not waste your time and look elsewhere. I have trust issues with people and when I found myself needing representation for a tenant/landlord issue he completely surpassed my expectations. He was extremely organized and very detailed oriented! He was very tentative and responded quickly. This lawyer cares and you can tell in his quality of work. If you want actual legal assistance/guidance then get this guy on your team. This is the guy to help take the weight of the world off your shoulders. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and legal expertise.
