Roofs R Us

Roofs R Us was our chosen siding contractor this Spring 2018. Matt (Supervisor) and his team were great to work with. Matt was patient and cooperative in the planning phases and loaned us many samples of siding, and trim for soffits and fascia. We decided to go with an upgrade on our siding quality even though it was a little more expensive. Trying to pick the color scheme was challenging and we checked out many homes with different color combinations to see the effects up close and personal. We opted to change our trim color right before the deadline and Matt saw to it that we could do it. His team was so nice, polite, professional, and helpful. The "can-do" attitude of Matt and his team was so great. I would recommend this contractor in a heartbeat.

They rescheduled the first time I asked for a quote, then was a no show for the second appointment. I called in inquire about getting a quote, I got a call back that said they weren't interested in the work, and were declining to even give me a quote. If this is their communication practices, they must be a nightmare to work with.

Matt and his team did top quality work and installed to exact manufacturer specifications-they were also prompt, courteous and very professional. I would recommend this local company to anyone that wants quality work, good communication and the job done right on their home.

Matthew with Roofers R Us was so easy to work with. He was punctual and he communicated clearly. He explained everything in detail but didn't bore me with technical speech. On the day of installation they arrived promptly and completed the job by the time they estimated. The post-job walk-through was thorough and efficient. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They were my cheapest quote (I considered three) and they were the most professional, thorough, and easy to work with. Thank you.

Roofs R Us recently completed a new roof on our home. We signed on with them at the end of the season (last year) and decided to postpone for better weather to this spring. Matthew called us when the weather got warmer (just like promised). They set a date that worked for us, communicated exactly what should be expected (from supplies, to dumpsters, to timing of workers and job, to permit and inspection). The site lead, Moses, did a walk through when complete with me, answering my questions and making sure everything was buttoned up. He even picked up my kids nerf darts around the yard as he was checking for nails! Roofs R US delivered a good product and warranty for what we felt was a fair price, and their communication throughout the process was what edged them out over other competitors. They were a pleasure to work with and I'm happy recommending them to others.
