Overall, the experience has been not great so far. The store itself is really nice with very friendly and helpful staff. The issue we had is with delivery. Our sofa was delivered to us after pillows fell on the pavement. In addition, the sofa had a return label that was stapled that it was returned by another customer after assembly and set up which means it was used. How was a USED SOFA sold as a new one without being checked/inspected??? We were offered a replacement, which just means waiting for a 12 PM delivery to arrive at 6PM. A replacement is the BARE minimum for selling a used sofa as new one, after charging us EXTRA for set up and assembly! Their merchandise is actually good but highly caution against ordering any deliveries from here.

Very nice place to go and check for different verities of furnitures you can imagine to put in you home. Very diverse choices and they do want to make you feel comfortable. As soon as they see you they will come for your service. They are very polite but i found it bit expensive compared to others. Sometimes you might find they do not have the model you are looking for but given the limitations of the real estate i would not blame them, very good first research area atleast if not for a purchase.

Great customer service. I was greeted by Colleen as I walked in. Very nice lady from south Florida, hospitality was very nice. Told her I was just looking around for a bedroom and living room set but,I needed to take my time. Then she replied "take your time I'll be here if you have any questions" as she pointed out a specific location where she'd be sitting. I didn't feel any pressure at all. Then when I finally found what I liked, she assisted me with the best of her help. She gave me a complete breakdown of the products warranty. I was absolutely satisfied. Thanks!!! Please keep up the good work.

Colleen was amazing from start to finish! She approached me when I walked into the store and asked if she could help with anything. I told her I was just coming in to look at a few sectionals and she let me take a bit to look around on my own before checking back in with me. We had great conversation surrounding my needs and wants out of new furniture and put together some different options for me to show to my wife. I told her I would be back later to come make a final decision when my wife got off of work. We came back in and checked in with Colleen and spent around an hour or so looking at a few more options and finally made our decision. We were the last ones in the store at the end of the night but never felt like we were being rushed and even after we finalized the transaction continued to have great conversation about our pets and other things. You guys have a great one in Colleen and we will be sure to recommend her to any family and friends looking to purchase anything in the future!

Colleen was so attentive and very responsive to my conversation. She was more than courteous and patient with me as I took her all around the store looking at recliners. I could not have asked for a better sales person. The store manager J. I don’t want to get his name wrong, was even more accommodating to my desires, over and above anything I could’ve imagined. Thank you for a great experience.‼

I am not an experienced furniture buyer but have been in need for quite some time. Did not know what to expect but Lanny eased my fears immediately. He was never pushy and seemed genuinely interested in satisfying my needs. I have the opportunity to cross paths with some of the other staff members including the manager and all were very friendly and that means a lot to me in this day and time where customer service has become nonexistent. The only negative aspect is the prices, but certainly can't hold that against rooms to go that is an issue everywhere you go. I feel like I came away with a quality recliner at a competitive price. Can't wait to have it sitting here in my living room and Lanny I'm looking forward to returning to rooms to go to get some of the other pieces we discussed.

Great experience! James was very helpful, courteous, and professional. More importantly, he wasn't pushy - he gave us space to shop at our leisure, and still made himself available to assist us with our questions on a very busy shopping day. We're extremely happy with our purchases. Side note: The delivery guys also exceeded our expectations. No issues at all!

Nikki gave us great service and spent her time explaining our choices and differences between the sofas. Her help gave us a better understanding of what we were looking for and what fit our home office best! Possibly wanting to come back tomorrow to buy a second one! I had a great experience with Colleen Bernard yesterday at RTG Perimeter in Atlanta. She helped me match my fabric from home to find the perfect sofa fabric and pillows that I'm excited about being delivered in just 10 days! I called back today and ordered the lamps she also helped me find. I needed measurements and she had a tape measure in her pocket! What a friendly, down to earth, and very knowledgeable employee you have in Colleen!

Excellent experience! The sales associate, Colleen, was very helpful. Great selection with reasonable prices.I got a nice couch, bedroom set, and mattress. Great financing options with no interest which is insane considering today’s interest rates. Hopefully the delivery will go as smoothly.
