I'm a Community Association Manager for a property that Chris Campbell serves as a Board member. I have spent many hours in his office and listened to the way he speaks with his clients. Buying your first home can be a very daunting experience. My husband and I decided after a year of living in Phoenix that we were ready to buy our first home. We started the process looking on our own and meeting with a bunch of Realtors. After a few months we were getting no where and became very frustrated with the process. Unlike others Chris does not just type your information in a search and send you a bunch of emails everyday. He customizes the search for your specific needs. He goes through each home thoroughly then sends you the best match. He tells you about the neighborhood history, school district and all the pertinent things you need to know before buying a home. After a month of working with Chris we found our perfect condo and Chris worked with us every step of the way to close early. I still call him for information even though we have moved in. I am happy I found Chris as I have also found a friend. He is honest and very responsive. Chris made our experience of buying a our home an amazing one.
