Incredible service. From the thorough answer to my email inquiry, to the in-person meeting, the folks at ROOQ have been patient in walking through options and explaining the differences between all of them. I've never felt rushed and really appreciate their recommendations as well. I've gotten two pieces framed from them, a scarf and a print and both came back with great attention to detail.

Rooq are the best. I bought these 'medallions/door handles" many years ago in Asia and was never satisfied with the original framing. After doing some research, I went to Rooq. They patiently reviewed frame size, glass and matte color/fabric options with me. I am SO pleased-- this photo doesn't do justice to the work they did. Thank you Rooq!

Brought in a tapestry, and a very nice lady named Marie, assisted me with my decision on whether or not to go with a regular picture frame with matting or a box frame. I opted for the regular, matter and help pick the correct color for the matting as well as the frame. Very detailed, very honest, knowledgeable, and very professional. Highly recommend them for any artwork that you need framing.

The owner is an awesome dude. It's apparent that he has your the customers best interest in mind when helping you make your selections. His finishes are great. Solid quality spot from service to storefront to product. I've had my framed art from him for 3 years and it has gone through a move. Used damaged materials to frame my art. When questioned they blamed covid for being short staffed and for logistical issues and immediately offered me 50% off. I came to Rooq for high quality archival framing, not shoddy work at a discount. Very disappointing experience. Bring your art elsewhere.

Love these guys. I trust them with all of my art as well a suggestions as they have NEVER steered me wrong. I have had over 11 works framed by them and everyone is done reasonably and without quality concerns. The brother and two sisters running it are fabulous and make the entire experience feel like the old NY we all still wish was there. A true family business. LOVE THEM
