We had a water backup in our pipes and called Rooter Express to come out and cable the pipe. However, after their visit, the water was still backing up.. We called around and discovered we were charged premium pricing for the initial visit, so we asked them to come back since the pipe was still blocked. Rooter Express did come back free-of-charge and cabled the pipe again, as well as ran a camera complementary. We appreciated their follow up and gesture to make good on their work.

Robbie came to the rescue on Sunday afternoon to bail us out, literally. We had two clogged toilets, and water not draining in one of our showers. Robbie cleared the clogs, diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that I could understand and follow. We are very pleased with Robbie’s service, and will call upon him for future emergencies and preventive maintenance. Thanks again!

Mike from Rooter Express came right out to fix main drain clog that goes to street. Explained my options, how each one worked and what the process would be, kept me informed from start to finish. We asked a bunch of questions and wanted to see how it was done and Mike allowed us to watch and answered any questions we had. I was extremely pleased with my service and if I need something else I will definitely use again.
