We have used Roseland Floral Co. for a long time, professionally and personally. We are ALWAYS happy with their creativity, quality and service. I order flowers for the office regularly, and I seldom give direction. I ask Chuck & his staff to surprise me with "designer's choice". Its fun to see what the team makes. The arrangements are consistently amazing - beautiful, creative, and one of a kind. Their prices are on point. Delivery is quick. Arrangements last a long time with care/water.

Chuck was really helpful in getting me a beautiful hand held bouquet to give to my long distance girlfriend to accompany the promise ring I got her! The flowers left her speech less thank you!!!

I had a friend who lost their family dog suddenly. They were devastated and I want to do something. I went online late last night with not a lot of luck.I stumbled upon Roseland and was very impressed with the pictures and reviews. I ordered some flowers but didn't like the vase they came in. I emailed Chuck at 1am and the next morning had a email back that they would take care of me and change the vase. By noon that day the flowers were received and were BEAUTIFUL! I'm so impressed! they were so nice and accommodating and did SUCH an amazing job. I will defiantly be returning.

I had to send flowers to North Carolina and I live in New York. Rather then use FTD I opted for a florist online in North Carolina. I found Roseland Floral Co. and spoke to Chuck who is the owner. I took a chance which worked out extremely well. He sent a beautiful arrangement and I was very pleased when my friend sent me a picture to thank me. They looked beautiful!!! I highly recommend them.

Roseland created the flowers for my son's wedding in October and they were absolutely perfect. I knew they did good work but this exceeded every expectation I had! Chuck was wonderful to work with, the value was exceptional and I would highly recommend Roseland.

I just received the most beautiful bouquet of roses ,lilies, carnations ,along with lovely filler flowers. It was my Birthday yesterday and my cousin surprised me! The first thing I looked at was the card to see what florist had arranged this beautiful piece—Because I Had already decided that from now on I was using this florist in Charlotte! The flowers were in pristine condition and were artfully arranged. How happy this beautiful surprise has made me!

Great customer service. There was a misunderstanding on their website regarding shipping rates. The owner, Chuck, called to let me know that he took care of it and upgraded my arrangement. This is what America and locally owned businesses are about. Thanks for the great service! I will recommend these guys to everyone.

I ordered flowers from Roseland yesterday for a friend that just had surgery. When looking for a Charlotte area florist, my goal was to find a locally owned florist that had been around for many years, had good reviews, and didn’t force standard FTD/Teleflora type arrangements on me. When I called, I was greeted by a very nice, patient gentleman. I explained the reason for our order, our price point, and that it was “designer choice” of flowers so long as the arrangement was very happy and colorful. We received a picture of the flowers today from our friend and Roseland’s team hit it out of the park! They’re now my Charlotte florist of choice. Thank you!
