I truly wish zero stars was an option. Working with Kerry Rosenquist and his assistant, Rachel, was by far the worst “professional” experience I have ever had. On 3 separate occasions Kerry set us up with a strategy that he claimed would be approved at the next court date. On all 3 occasions he told us minutes before the appearance in court that he hadn’t looked into before his promises and the strategy was not an option. Clearly he spoke before looking into the actual law. Leaving us with no options walking into an appearance. Rachel was rude, dismissive, and vindictive. She was our only point of contact since Kerry was never available. After several failed attempts at communication with her on multiple issues, she started charging us finance charges. She eventually had to remove them once I pointed out our payments were always early, not late as she assumed they were. She would go weeks without responding. When she finally did respond she wouldn’t answer questions that were asked. I will not only NOT recommend this law firm, I will go out of my way to tell people NOT to hire them. Nobody deserves the disrespect they show, especially when they are making thousands of dollars from the client.

I would recommend Jess VanCamp to everyone dealing with a child custody case or any case for that matter. She is very through and professional. She has a big heart and gets you the justice you deserve. With her my case was dropped and I could not have been more happy! If I need anymore league assistance (hopefully I wont) she will be the first person I would call! Thank you Jess and R&A law firm for all of your help!!

They never delivered on what they promised to do. I had a simple removal from title of property that needed to be completed and they never finished the job. I ended up just doing the work myself. These people are incompetent don't hire them for anything involving legal work

Kerry Rosenquist is the guy you need to talk to! Knows what he is talking about, reasonably priced! For sure Recommending friends and family! Funny and fun to deal with!

My experience with Jessica Van Camp of ra law firm was one of the worst experiences of my life. She lies and is not a good attorney. She also got caught in a lie and chose to take the easy way out and relieve herself of duties in the middle of a custody battle. She will see her day tho as what goes around comes around and thank God we are in ND where you can record conversation without the other person knowing. Lawyers like these are garbage and only out to steal your money. If you want a real attorney call Balstad Jensen and mcann of East Grand forks.
