Rosewater Custom Tattooing

Rosewater is my favorite tattoo shop I've been to. Easy to get to even coming from Washington, a nice atmosphere, clean place. Taylor provided exactly the sort of experience I might have asked for, every step of the way. She's got great communication, very clear and timely in her email replies. She granted my request to see a rough draft of the piece before I set my travel arrangements in stone. At the shop, she was kind and welcoming. The two hour session was very chill, just nice music and not much talking - made for a comfortable, pressure-free vibe that suited my social anxiety very well. And I love the resulting tattoo so much that it's got me reconsidering what direction I want to go in with future tattoos. Taylor is excellent at what she does, love her art style, very highly recommend collaborating with her.

Dani and Isadora are awesome. Dani has done some amazing custom color tats for me from Ghibli movies and other books, she's crazy talented and offers a range of super dope art from adventure time to woodland creatures. She blends colors so well. I get so many compliments from her work. Isadora has done some awesome sessions on my black and grey alien sleeve, she has killer line work and is very detail oriented with some dope shading. There's artists here for a lot of styles. The shop is very clean and chill. Everyone that works there is really friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend. First tattoo or experienced they have it all.

Roxy is awesome to work with. The shop is clean and has a creative vibe with a lovely mix of local art and shop drawings posted on the walls. Appointments were easy from the website and Roxy followed up quickly via email with clarification on tattoo specifics. We would 100% return!

Got work done by Taylor. It was great. She was super responsive to emails and worked with my schedule and idea. When I came in I was so happy with the design and she was willing and able to add a few more elements to it last minute for some floral idea i had during the tattoo. She did nice clean work and fantasic line work. The shop was clean and I was not worried. The tattoo is still fresh so no picture from me. But the tattoo is healing perfectly.I will absolutely come back for another in the future.

Big Shout Out to Taylor for the fabulous tattoos I recently got at Rosewater! I wanted something simple to honor my three children and seven grandchildren. She was so accommodating and she did a much better design than the pics I sent her. She is talented, incredible with detail, kind, and very professional. I went to Rosewater while in the Portland area. I was lucky enough to see Taylor who is amazing! But I have to say that every artist I spoke with that day was an absolute freaking gem of a human being! I love that it is female owned and that the artists were so kind and down to earth. Taylor did my custom tattoo and I had a really good experience. I am not the easiest client to deal with because I can get a little anxious before a tattoo and I am knit picky. Taylor redrew the design numerous times to make it how I wanted and it came out great. She was really patient and I’d definitely recommend working with her. She was also very attentive to my emails. For this being my first tattoo I was very amazed at how easy and comfortable everything went. My artist was Isadora and she did an amazing job. She informed me of the entire process, before, during, and after. I can’t wait to finish my first piece! It was a great experience and I appreciate the work everyone at this shop does!!

It was my first tattoo so I was super nervous. Roxy however was an absolute tattoo rock star and made me feel so safe throughout the process. I loved the way she married her own art and experience with the concept I brought to her literally just sent photos of marigolds from my garden. Seriously I hope she is here for awhile cause I already can't wait for my next tattoo Thank you Roxy I can't stop smiling :
