They are helpful and usually knowledgeable about their products but they seem unwilling at times to deal with customers who purchase from other RV DEALERS. I winterized here twice now, so far no issues. I am considering upgrading my RV and this could be a candidate for my next stop.
Only open until 1pm on Saturday. Really? Ridiculous. Not taking off work to look at RV's.
Very knowledgeable, friendly sales staff thanks Steve!, and training on how to use the RV is excellent. Looking forward to our adventures and service when needed from Roskopf's RV.
Recently purchased a travel trailer from Roskopf's RV. Had a very good experience. Nice to work with. Had a run thru to get briefed on how everything works, which did not cost extra. They even set up my weight distribution hitch. Overall, very pleased !
