This place is pure trash. They're making you wait before you come in the store and then the wait to checkout is even longer. There is no acknowledgement from staff thanking us for our patience. I get people call out but the store should do something to maintain a great customer experience. I think this is more a manager issue than an employee calling out issue. I won't be shopping here anymore.
They great their customers like criminals. Security stops everyone and uses facial recognition at the door. I'll never go back to the Charleston location because of this.
Not like it used to be. A lot of empty shelves. Racks and displays spread out because of the lack of inventory. No large clearance section. There is a glass display up front, but not much in it. Limited items to choose from. The parking lot is medium-sized. Handicap parking in the parking lot. Have to make your way to the walkway, then the front door.
Less of a selection than other Ross stores. When I checked out with the store manager Jennifer one of the female securities were asking to use the restroom and Jennifer could only say “Why didn’t you go on your break now you have to wait until your next break” like this is an adult if someone needs to use the restroom just let them?
Better since last year!! More inventory and racks are full now. No more bums walking out with stuff. Better security and more cashiers for faster check out, and looks like new staff too more friendlier.
ONE cashier on a Saturday??? We were in town visiting the outlet mall and swung by this location. They had a few people working security but only ONE cashier. The line was insane. I'm sure they lose more money on people walking out not buying merchandise because of the lines than they do people trying to steal stuff. They should cross train their security to work as cashiers. So crazy!!
This store locks you in at the front when you enter and has to set a timer for 10 seconds before allowing you to go in and they have to check your receipt before leaving.! This is ridiculous!! I spend thousands of dollars with the company to be treated like a criminal!
I love this shop, always can find some nice clothes and some things for a house. Prices are rely good
TERRIBLE. They only let 5 people in at a time. The staff is rude and young. I walked out. I refuse to be disrespected while spending my funds.
Store barely has anything and bums come in, fill up their hand with product and just walk out as they please. Why bother shopping there or anywhere this area anymore. They seem to be limiting people coming in because of the homeless that keep coming in and stealing but one snuck in when another person was coming in and just went supermarket sweep and grabbed whatever she could and walked out as the employees just looked at her. She was in and out in like three minutes. If you carry a backpack with you and they ask you to leave it up front, just leave, that ask you to leave it front by the "loss prevention" podium but if a bum comes in and snatches your bag, they aren't going to do anything for you. Nothing worth your time in this store anyway.
