Ross Dress for Less

I’m sorry but this place has gone so down hill. They have self check out which is convenient but they have someone having to check every single person who purchased something at self check out to check their receipt and their items on top of it so I have to wait in line to self check out and then wait in another line to have my items checked? Makes no sense to me. The regular lanes were going faster. Then the lady is speak to me in Spanish giving me attitude then tells me “you have no idea what I am saying do you” in English. Maybe you need to first start with English before u speak Spanish somone.

The rudest most ignorant security woman she’s chubby and has like blonde brown hair she tried to act like my kids hat that is very well used and loved lol was something we stole. She talked down to us for no one reason. Don’t bother coming here she’s rude loud and inconsiderate. Better go to the chino hills location the staff is so nice.

I usually go with my friends over the weekend and it is not so busy. The staff is nice and helpful.

It is very clean and spacious. The whole store is well organized and neatly positioned for proper social distance shopping.

The loss prevention lady always looks at you like you’re about to steal something. She’s really rude and has no customer service.

Product alarms going off non-stop for over 20 mins. It must really suck to work here.

Really Rude Security Guard and Employees act like they own Ross I wish I couldn't even give a Star

I LOVE ROSS & SHOP HERE OFTEN. TODAY I EXCHANGED SOMETHING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE. I HAD MY RECEIPT & THE PRICE TAGS BUT I HAD REMOVED THEM. THE MANAGER WAS AWESOME AT EXPLAINING & HELPING ME.

I went to 3 different Ross stores today looking for Christmas gifts. Out of all 3 this was by far the worst. It looked like a bomb went off. I understand employees can only do so much and I'm sure alot of it is because of customers but it was ridiculous. There were toys literally on the floor blocking aisles, clothes thrown around. Stuff on top of other stuff, pet beds and toys littering the aisle.

Was in this store yesterday and after 45 plus years in retail supervision I have never seen a store on its face and so torn up. This is. Badly managed broken store. I’m so surprised that a distinct manager would continue to let this store continue to operate in this disgusting way So much merchandise on the floor shelves are a disaster, mens racks so full and over packed you can’t even take a hanger of the rack. RECOVERY CREW NEEDED. Go see Burlington across the parking lot. That’s how a store should be run. Nice and clean and organized.
