Great shopping experience! This location has bargains at every corner. They have everything from clothes, shoes, luggage, home decor, small electronic accessories, small furniture, kitchen, bath, fragrances, and more! The store is clean and I observed an employee straightening and restocking shelves. The employee at the checkout was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great shopping experience!
I recently visited the Ross Clothing store located at 32nd St and Indian School, hoping to find some good deals. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service was appalling. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in helping customers. When I asked for assistance, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. Additionally, the store was disorganized, making it difficult to find items. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff at this location. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.
When going to this store more often than not. I am finding myself standing in line more than I have done my shopping. It seems that the employees do not care to Keep their customers flowing and out of line quick enough to get them out of the store and not standing and lying for more than half the time that they were Doing the shopping if you ask me, this ross needs to hire employees that can get the job done and get customers out of their store quicker

This store's amazing. It has a lot a choices that you can choose from. We've purchased a lot in here. It's very affordable though some aren't but mostly you can't go out of the store without a bag full of stuff that u can buy here. we'll go back here.
Awesome selection of tshirts, home furnishings and candies. This location rocks.
I bought many many items over there. But I bought a shoe and after wearing it was uncomfortable. Tried to exchange and get another one but did not work out. The manager of store said she can't return because I don't have receipt of that. And can't exchange at all. So rude and less manner person I ever see. I will not go back again to any Ross stores any more. I told her find with my bank card which I used it before. She said she can't look it.
Store has some very good value prices, but it's not the most inviting shopping environment. Some of that is due to thoughtless customers who don't put the items back where they found them . If you don't mind a fairly long line at checkout, then it's worth a walk through to see what's in stock.
Only 2 cashiers, for about 30 people in line. Shopping took less time than standing in line.
We both found what we were looking for. Now we are going to paint the town. Could you please get some sizes for the bigger more beautiful woman? That would be great! Don't forget the middle sizes! Thanks ROSS!
