Very pleasant as usual. The prices are a little too high, but the availability of sizes helps.

Kind of a long drive from where I live But im going back Pretty good selection Wish they sold the Dickies hat to match my outfits

Prices have gone up & variety has gone down! If you wear 3XL & up, this is the store to buy gear off the rack in an emergency . I recently paid $47.00 for a Dickies short sleeve shirt from this store. Dickies has the exact same shirt on their website for $24.99! How does business traffic slow down yet prices double with only 3 employees? This place was once a "go to" store in Atlanta & I can imagine if the prices have skyrocketed, trying to return items would probably be hell.

So I hate to even write this review because I used to be a fan of this place despite the pricing and limit styles available but on this day I was trying to exchange a pair of bdu a.k.a fatigue pants So I walk in and was greeted promptly but that was end of the chipper attitudes because as soon as i said I want to exchange the pants I was met with varying degrees of excuses from the tag had to be on for them to sell the pants which I brought along with receipt of original purchase....... So I asked could they reapply the tag to which they replied yes Then the two sales people began to point out what they called marksactually barely noticeable white spots on the pants and insinuated that I had wore three pants which I didn't Then the male salesman grab a brand new pair off the shelf to show the difference between the two pants and would you believe the pair he pulled off the shelf had the exact same white spots.............. By this time I was highly offended so I bluntly asked if they were going to exchange the item to which I received a flat no I would love to say I'll never shop at this place again but unfortunately in the metro Atlanta there's only a few places where you can get certain items in extended sizes so for now I'm stuck having to go back

Rude and nasty to the customer because they rung up merchandise wrong and tried to charge me over $300 for $180 worth of merchandise. Then the manager got mad because I wanted to use my business number and said that I was worth more trouble than I anything. Haven't she heard the customer was ALWAYS RIGHT? She wanted me to pay taxes on merchandise when I have a businessand had the number and information to provide. She just lost the sale. No harm, no foul. Can't shop with your own people.

Ross unlimited is an amazing store for big guys it's better than big and tall it's wonderful store in a wonderful staff stop searching for big and tall Ross unlimited

My husband when in and was so impressed with the service and sizes available. He said the service of being fitted here out performed his tux fitting for his wedding. The associate was helpful and took his time showing my husband the different options and styles. Wish we lived closer or we would be a regular here

Each time i have shopped here the service is always pleasant. They have such willingness to help and will do their very best to get what you need. Although they were short on a few items i needed I can tell that they were full of regret not knowing for sure when they will be restocked. Nevertheless, I didnt leave out empty handed.

I always find something when I go by. Helpful customer service gets you in and out quickly.

Ross unlimited has been there a long time my brother and 97 weighed 650 lb Ross was the only place I could buy his pants I want another day you don't advertise the largest pans on the floor show and you need to I am a person that had a brother 650 and his sister 620 and that's the only place they could buy and I need you to make it known that you're there
