I had a waxing session with Nanette. It was the most comfortable I have ever felt when getting waxed in such a sensitive area. She was so kind and polite as she kept me informed on the entire process and kept my mind busy asking me questions about life. I have been getting waxed for years and Im happy I finally found someone I feel comfortable with that I can come visit every 5 weeks or so, instead of spending such sensitive time with someone who feels like such a stranger. So glad I took a chance on Groupon.

I have been getting waxed by Nanette for years. I not only have her do my Brazilian, but everything else! I wouldn’t trust anyone but her. I have gone to a lot of other places, and even done Laser that didn’t work. She is my favorite. The waxing room is clean and comfortable. I go home feeling like with new silky skin every time!!!

This is the cutest salon out there! Luisa and Dallas are so sweet, and they always do a good job. It is worth making an appointment with them for sure.

I had a facial with Louisa this week. Wow, it was so relaxing. I thought she would just put goo on and wipe it off. I received a full facial, hands, feet, legs and arm massage. It was heavenly. This is the best salon I have found. I have had my nails and pedis done here for 10 years and everyone that works there is so nice. Best spa in Salt Lake City.

I go to Rossano's and love it! I love the atmosphere and the professionalism. I use Nanette. For me her facials are like a religious experience. I bought all my family members gifts certificates for facials from Nanette for Christmas. Best gift ever! I also use her for waxing as her professionalism and personal attention concerning such and intimate and personal matter makes it a comfortable and secure experience. If you haven't experienced Rossano's you don't know what your missing.

Got a Groupon with Nannette for a Brazilian and she burned me, and it was more painful than any other Brazilian. Has 20 years or so of experience, yet she said she has only been doing Brazilians since recent. It's been several days and I have burns on both my bikini lines. I am not asking for my money back, don't want to deal with them. I even redeemed the groupon and it gave her the money. She was nice, somewhat professional. But I don't recommend her for Brazilians.

Very disappointed... Very nice gal but needs to read up on waxing sanitary practices. I'm somewhat traumatized after first waxing. Came home and researched some concerns I had during process and sure enough.... Don't go somewhere that double dips their wax stick I'm beyond disgusted. Another Tip I discovered... Only get Brazilians done by women willing to experience it themselves I have a feeling... Bought a double pass through Groupon. Won't be using my 2nd pass

Although they were very friendly I was disgusted when I realized they were using the same stick for my whole wax in a pot of wax that is used for everyone. Extremely unsanitary and unsafe. To top it off my wax areas burn and it's it been hours later and this is not my first time waxing. Definitely not going back

Amazing acrylics! Friendly staff that takes their time and really get to know you. Appointments are definitely recommended as this place is popular. These ladies have been at it for a while and know what they are doing.

They will not honor Groupons that they sold! What a scam. I would never do business with these people. Nannette Foulger is gone and I am out a $44 Groupon I bought for my wife. Shame on this Salon!
