FABULOUS COMPANY they sent Nick to my house last night to clear a clog and fix my basement pump he was fast and nice and explained everything to me. He also sold me a special bacteria drain cleaning product to help with my sludge issue. This product is safe for the pipes and that is why I bought it. For a holiday weekend they responded quick and did not charge me extra. They also gave me a police discount which was very nice. I am only going to use them from now on and RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY. Thanks Nick and Roto Rooter!

They came out to my sons house and snaked a sewer line and repaired his laundry sink, they took my credit card over the telephone for payment and honored a $10 coupon. I will recommend them to all my freinds and family members and will only use them in the future. They will be my GO TO PLUMBER from now on.

Price-gouging, incompetent and unprofessional. This is how they left my tub after they finished. I will never use them again. ALSO, for the unwary customer: 1. Don't ever tell them you need a "second opinion." They will jack up the price of an otherwise standard service by 80%. 2. Check online for coupons and let your service person know during your initial call. The owner, Jack, tried to weasel his way out of honoring my coupon after the fact, so be sure to have them ready.

I’ve been using Roto Rooter for many years and always ask for Nick he is wonderful. They always give me a senior discount and snake my sewer line and basin line. They also sell a wonderful product to put in you drain lines that only they sell. I’ve been using that also since my lines have a bad pitch and it is easier to maintain them they having to open the walls up. Nick also put a camera into my sewer line to show me the low spot and this product they sell eats up the sludge and grease in there. This company is the BEST and they never charge anything more than what they quote even on nites and weekends and holidays. They are the only company my VFW POST uses and they always give a military discount. This is the ONLY COMPANY I TRUST Thank You Roto Rooter for many years of GREAT SERVICE.

Bought drain cleaner from their office, it was great on my drain and you can only buy their brand from them. They offer free delivery if you can’t get to their office.
