So helpful and knowledgeable, the customer service is incredible and like nothing you'll get at a large chain, support small businesses and shop local! You won't regret going in because besides being so helpful they are super friendly!
Ran in, was immediately greeted. Was walked directly to the two aisles for the items I needed and was in and out in a safe and secure transaction in less than 5 minutes. Fair price, great service, quality product, and I was back to the DIY project at hand

A real hardware store. The Round's are second generation hands on entrepreneurs who really know their business. Round's hardware is the solution to all my problems.
Two words. Customer service. These guys have it in spades. There is something to be said about walking into a store, being greeted by a smile, and talking to an associate that knows not just where everything and I mean everything is but also what it does. Leave the box store behind. Shop local!

I love small hardware stores. It always reminds me of going into my grandfather's basement. Rounds is well appointed with almost anything you need and a few you don't.

This place rocks. They have amazingly helpful staff, pretty much everything you need, and for me at least, close by. After going to lowes for everything, not anymore! 10/10 will be back for all hardware needs.
