Round Table Pizza

Absolutely rude customer service. Around 12:45pm I placed an order through the app and paid on the app. When I arrived to pick up I was given a receipt and asked to sign. It had what looked like a charge and I said I had already paid. I asked why would i have to sign a receipt that looks like im being charged again when I already paid. Rather than explain she became rude and grabbed the receipt then walked off. I waited for her to come back to ask for ranch. She then said "I dont think you paid for that." Pizzas that already average $30.00 do not need to be served with a bad attitude. I will not spend my earned money at a location that serves unnecessary rudeness, terrible customer service and bad attitude. When you work to provide service and present yourself in front of consumers, check your emotions at the door. Maybe she was having a bad day, but don't take it out on your patrons. I won't be back.

Horrible service! Waited over 20 minutes after checking in for curbside pick up. After two phone calls and walking in they told me would bring out immediately. Walked back in and order was sitting on counter and in warmer. There were zero customers in the place as well!!!

Good pizza! Has an arcade for killing time waiting for your pie or letting the kids have some fun. Staff is nice.

Well order a pizza went to pick at the time stated. Come to find out they never even stared it. Now 25 mins later they say sorry were busy. Well you just lost my business so that should help free up some extra time for ya. Never again

I've been going to round table pizza since the late 70"s and the king Arthur supreme has had the same consistency for the past 45 years. Best pizza is at round table

We order every Sunday, this Sunday we got the wrong pizza. But I called and the supervisor sent out the correct pizza with no issues! We love this place, and will always continue to order every Sunday! Great people!!!!

Personally I think they have a great lunch special. I ordered a small pizza with a soda for just under $10.00 and it was great as usual. Although my interaction with the employees was brief because I ordered beforehand for take-out I was still greeted with a smile, treated with respect, and overall the interaction and atmosphere was inviting.

Top 2 on my favorite pizza restaurants. Good pizza, decent price and I love the big screen TVs on the walls. What's better then watching sports while eating pizza!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: No
