This place is amazing. Tons of games to play and the mechanic Shawn was so nice and helpful. We had an issue with a game and he not only fixed it but gave us a free play for the trouble. He really turned a bad experience into a great one and made sure my kids enjoyed their time at round1s. The bowling was fun and we had 0 problems with the string pins.....for all the people complaining about them I'm guessing they either are stuck up wannabe pros nitpicking or they are just bad looking for an excuse. This is s family establishment not a "pro" bowler spot go to a dedicated bowling alley, it's not like Round1s hides that it is string pins.....what a bunch of babies. My 3 year old is more mature*mic drop*
I had the greatest time here with my boyfriend. We came for my birthday mainly because of my love for crane games and we were not disappointed. We left with tons of prizes and there is lots more to do than just arcade and crane games. The food isn't the best here but since it's connected to a mall there are plenty of other options for food. Staff was very friendly and overall a really great experience.
Lots of stuff to do here karaoke, bowling arcade. The food and drinks were really good. It appeared that they might be understaffed so the service was a little bit slow but I really enjoyed coming here. It was such a fun experience.
We had so much fun here on Halloween! I wish the food was more like gastropub style, but it was very cheap and the shake fries were good. There’s so much to do: bowling, ping pong, karaoke, billiards, arcade games, SO MANY crane games, and more! I would also say the prize room had different/better quality prizes than most other arcade places. Finally, it’s 18+ after 10pm if you enjoy not having kiddos running around.
Wait time was atrocious. Bowling was nice! Wish they had a better system. They had multiple broken lanes but we got in around 1hr after putting our name on the list. The staff were all very nice but didn’t honor app coupon codes per their manager. The place had lots of money hungry machines, almost like a casino for kids. Overall, a decent place but best to put your name down then go out for an hour until you get your text.
Incredibly expensive even if some of the prizes are of higher quality than other arcades. I recommend Spending a fair amount of time before coming watching crane game hacks and you might win a prize or two.
The place is good and the price is good. You get free gifts, based on how much you spend and the rewards are nice. The reason I gave it a two star is that, if the machines are broken, they won’t fix it, right then and there. You have to wait at the end of the day to get it fix, but they’ll reimburse you for the credit that you spend on it, no matter the amount or how many swipes you did. It’s good and all and it’s worth it, but sometimes it’s a hassle. It’s good and bad.
Pretty mid experience, online prices are about 10$ lower than in the actual store, the bowling lanes are not meant for anyone that’s even kinda serious about bowling, they use string pinsetters and have super unrealistic carry, it really messes up the game play, the lanes also don’t seem to have any oil pattern, it’s like they just mop it on once a month and leave it. Drinks are at least kinda cheap, and if your willing to drain your bank account you could have a bit of fun. Also got asked for id like 5 separate times which I don’t mind but it becomes a bit of a pain having to keep pulling it out. Anyways I probably won’t be back, I only came here because they were the closest late night bowling place close to me
The Manager here is a nut job. Don't go here. At least they have a policy to not serve more than 3 drinks but it's a trash magnet. I am banned from the Mall for no reason because of some manager that was having a bad day or a mental issue. Hopefully this place gets new management soon to improve their 3 star rating.
Been here a number of times and it's always amazing to play the arcade games from Japan. It's a great place to bring your kids to have fun. They have a lot of claw games as well that are challenging. Bowling alley and they have pool and ping pong tables. Food games what else could you need. Would definitely recommend this place to people to come too. I have brought friends here multiple times and I live in the Springs
