Rouses Market

Oh my how I love this store. Low prices friendly service great quality and love the manager he is so helpful to the new customer. He walked the entire store helping us. Now I know where everything is.

Young woman in charge knew I would be blocked from using my card if I got my pin# wrong 3 times. She knew what to do...she called my card information number to help me change my pin so I could pay for my groceries. Great personality and a job well done.💓

The Saraland Rouses is an awesome grocery experience, the meat department are the most polite and kind and willing to do anything to help their customers he purchased me they will slice it up for you that's the way to keep customers. But the cashiers are friendly the atmosphere is very positive from the employees the store is always clean it never smells bad the produce and vegetables are always fresh. My only complaint is that they cannot keep enough outshine watermelon fruit pops in there freezer.

Great palace to shop. Everyone is always willing to help. They make it a priority to help their customers if every department, but the one that stands out to me the most is the checkout. When the lines get more than 3 people in them ( give or take) another register will open. If all the registers are busy customer service will start checking people out. This alone keeps me coming back.
