Then instead of promising me something and it not happening, he prepared me for what I should expect and made a strategy of how we were going to win. He not only won, but he even more exceeded all expectations and then. He understood that things happen that should not happen. He understand and sympathizes with your reality. For me, he went above and beyond and won my case. John Rotsis and his staff are incredibly knowledgable and are amazing to work with. They always returned my calls and email in a timely manner and never made me feel like I had dumb questions. Josie is so sweet and made me feel comfortable when I came to visit. I would do business with them again!
