Rover Oaks Pet Resort

My dogs are always excited when we get to Rover Oaks, which wasn’t the case with other boarding facilities. The staff is friendly and provide great customer service. I really love that they give cool treats and read a book to them at bedtime. I won’t take my dogs anywhere else!

We really love this place and hope our fur baby will continue to enjoy it . 12/1/2022 Our fur baby has been going there for last 4 years for day care and grooming. We loved this place and still do. I hope it continues to remain a happy place. The reason I am giving 3 stars is to bring upper management to pay attention. Our dog used to be super excited to go to day care but now is reluctant. After talking to many of our community members who send their dogs too, we seem to have same problem. We think the problem is less space. Although they claim to have bigger outdoor space for dogs but 50% of their outdoor place is not usable. I live near by and walk or go across this place multiple times during day and have never seen dogs using 2 outdoor yards. Apparently, the outdoor yard have some issue that needs to be fixed. My dog does not seem to enjoy this place anymore. We used to send 3 days a week and have cut down to 1 day/week. I hope the upper management sees this message and make this place fun place for our fur babies again. Please do. Local staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Rover Oaks treated my baby like family. Sent me pictures and updates and gave him extra love during playtime. Tickle smelled amazing when we picked him up and he loved the staff so much he didn't want to leave!

Very nice staff and grooming services. They really seem to care about the dogs. We had an error in the charges that took more than a day multiple phone calls and messages to resolve but it was resolved.

I love Rover Oaks Pet Resort! They take care of our pooch and teach her new manners. Their facility is clean, and they offer training and even Summer Camp! If I were a dog, I would love to visit Rover Oaks and the fantastic staff!

Rover Oaks is simply the best pet boarding place in the city of Houston. After my dog was trained by Jim Burrell one of Rover Oaks founders he recommended I try Rover Oaks, despite having used the same boarding place for the past 2 dogs. Once I got there I realized what a bad deal my dog was getting at the previous place. My dog is always excited to go into Rover Oaks, and seems upset that he has to leave when I pick him up. Their boarding rooms are far superior to kennels, they get ultimate play time, provide excellent grooming, and are all around a top notch shop. I couldn’t recommend it more highly
