Roy Law Group saved my life. Literally. I was depressed, overwhelmed, confused, and terrified. I wasn't sure how I was going to survive. No one wants to be in a position where their disability finally demands leaving the work force. The long-term disability insurance process is not for the faint of heart... there is a lot of confusing paperwork and I was overwhelmed just thinking about it. I called Roy Law Group out of desperation and they were there for me in ways I couldn't have imagined! They did everything for me. Everything! They ordered all the records from my multiple doctors, helped my doctors know what to do when forms were confusing, corresponded with the insurance company on my behalf every step of the way, and they reassured me and allowed me to vent when things took a long time. They let me know from the outset what they could and couldn't do. They were honest with me that I had a difficult claim, and we might not be successful... but they used that as motivation, not as an excuse. My claim was approved without an appeal thanks to Roy Law Group. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Because of Roy Law Group, I received the money I was due, for a service I paid into, when I was at my absolute lowest and completely overwhelmed by the simplest request.
