The owner Noe and staff members are very friendly and accommodate to the customers needs. They treat my 4 yr old Yorkie as their own! Very loving, caring, and responsible. I'm excited they opened up a second store on 149th and Broadway for Grooming and Doggy day care while still selling pet supplies.. Thank you Noe, David, Edgar for your patience and care.

Another great pet store on lenox ave in west harlem is stock full of pet supplies. This store is brand new to the area and had plenty of discounted pet items staff is friendly and knowledgeable about therr items. Go visit this store it will be worth ur while

Horrible customer service and its always empty! There's another pet store with better customer service on 116th street btw 7th and 8th. Screw this place. When I told the guy if he knew any other stores around the area he said "why would I give my money to the white man" I give my money to whoever has the things I need for my dog!

Super friendly staff. Small place. Good selection. Prices are decent for a mum&pop shop type place. Does free same day delivery if you order before 6:30pm

Took a walk there with my dog, got there at about 730 & they were closed. Could've walked to pet supplies on Broadway instead. Fix your hours!!
