We hired these guys to rip and replace our roof and install three skylights. Mike was amazing in first giving us a quote, explaining the process and bearing with us for almost 6 months from quote to project as we juggled a major renovation. The team was super efficient and professional. They worked extremely clean. When they ripped out the roof they discovered layers and layers of concrete but still finished the job on time and didn’t charge us for the extra hassle of removing all the concrete. I am amazed they were able to finish on time given all the curve balls. Finally, Mike kept us up to date throughout the job and sent us progress photos. It kept us at ease and kept us in the loop. I requested an estimate for the replacement of a flat roof and Mike from Royal roofing was the contact. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain the whole process and answer patiently many questions and concerns of mine about this type of job. I highly recommend their services considering that their quote was also the less expensive one amongst the many that I got from other contractors. Also, they claim to be able to finish the job in one day, and that’s something others could not even promise.
