I was totally impressed by how quickly they were able to help us tow our dead car to the shop, even when they were crazy busy and booked non-stop that day. Our tow driver was the coolest person I've met since moving to Milwaukee and had our car up on the truck and on it's way in the blink of an eye. Would definitely recommend!!

I have used this service twice in the past 2 months. They are quick to respond, very helpful, friendly, and offer very competitive rates. Given a choice, I prefer to only use them. They are Excellent.

Polite courteous best response time other companies were blowing me off with hour and a half to 2 hour wait time royal showed up in 20-30 minutes loaded my lifted dodge ram up in Milwaukee and dropped it back off at my house in Waukesha for half the price other companies wanted. Other places where saying there was a after hours fee but royal said there price is the same day or night I put them in my phone and will be using them anytime any of my vehicles need a tow I will trust them with everything from my lifted truck to my classic car they earned my respect and my business that night thank you royal for being there for me at my time of need

I've had quite a few p.o.s. cars towed over the years. To be honest, this mother and daughter team was PHENOMENAL! On time. Best price. And guess what, they treat you with respect. They are out there to HELP you. So help them help you, and be civil. You will have the best towing experience you can imagine! Thank you for everything! In the future, I will always call Royal.
